This painting is part of a diptych with “Tras la Puerta Verde,” both of which are set in a surreal never-ending loop room. When you enter the red door, you find yourself with the red character. When you enter that green door, you find yourself back here in green. These are pieces that I like to let the viewer interpret. However, you can still find symbols common in my work such as energy lines emanating from their hearts and bodies, lush vegetation, hovering hearts, etc.
