This painting, dominated by hues of blue, portrays the universal and often painful experience of giving without receiving. On the left side of the canvas, a hand reaches out, emanating swirls of energy. This hand, depicted in an ethereal manner, represents the act of giving, channeling one’s life force and emotions outward. The energy flows in vibrant, dynamic patterns towards the right, creating a sense of movement and connection. On the right of the painting another arm is found in an awkward stance— a shrug, a turn of the arm— depicting unreciprocated effort or indifference.
